ResultEventProjectedRankOrder Property

ProjectedRankOrder is very nearly the same as ProjectedRank. The difference is if there is an unbreakable tie. In an unbreakable tie the two partjicipants are given the same ProjectedRank but different ProjectedRankOrder.
