GetLeagueGamesPublicRequestForcedByeWeeks Property

Adds a filter to the returned list. Will include games that are Forced Bye Weeks. If .GamesNotSet, .VirtualLeagueGames, .LocalLeagueGames, .ByeWeeks, .ForcedByeWeeks, and .CancelledGames are all false, then the default set of GamesNotSet, VirtualLeagueGames, and LocalLeagueGames will be returned.
